Hello. reaperDocMake sure the disk isn't dirty or smudged in areas, if it looks like it could use a cleaning, clean it and try it again. If still no luck using shrink and trying to copy from an original DVD, it could be a copy protection issue that shrink alone can't over come. Try using a free ripper/decrypter called DVDfab decrypter to rip the video files to your HDD, once the files are on the HDD use shrink to open the files with and process as usual.Get DVDFab here you've got a bad press or if the disk appears badly scratched, return it and exchange it for another, then retry the process. 18 Apr 2006 @ 16:56Use Anydvd and believe HD Decrypter (free)...
